Instructions for the perfect Neapolitan pizza
Service Description
Our established course format is finally available in GERMAN. In this course, our pizzaiola Sino will teach you everything you need to know to make a wonderful Neapolitan pizza at home in 3.5 - 4 hours. You'll learn fascinating facts about flour and its key properties, get a foolproof recipe, and tips on how to make the perfect pizza at home. At the end, you'll put your homemade pizza in our oven; there are a few things you can do wrong here, too. You'll take the dough balls from the course home with you to bake the next pizza the next day, or at the latest 48 hours after the course. At the end of the course, you'll taste the homemade pizza. Those who are motivated can stay by the oven and make another pizza to take home. Coffee and water, as well as two aperitifs and plenty of pizza, are included in the price. 150 euros per participant, places can be booked individually. The entire program will be held in English. Minimum of 1 person. A minimum of 5 participants is required for a course to take place. Saturdays at 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM - the exact dates can be found in the calendar. Cancellation policy - free cancellation up to 72 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee of €50 will be charged (please inform us by email).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rebookings are possible free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the course. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros per person.
