COURSE INFORMATION:

In our Scuola pizza courses, our participants learn everything they need to know to make a delicious Neapolitan pizza at home in small groups. Our experienced instructors don't skimp on tips and tricks to make the pizza even better. The course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as experienced hobby pizza makers. You provide the great food yourself, and we provide the good coffee, Italian beer with the pizza or even a Sprizzz. A good mood, lots of knowledge, good food - and at the end even dough to take home - that's what makes our courses special.

 

We are also happy to organize company workshops - up to 20 people can get their hands on the dough and cheer each other on at the oven. For groups who just want to enjoy pizza and drinks, without dough preparation and theory, we have the "PRONTO TAKEOVER" package - you can rent our restaurant exclusively and take over the pizza oven and bar. Please just request an individual offer by email .

And if you can't make it to Vienna - from 2024 we will also offer the courses mobile at your home and online as a Zoom class.
